Short version: this site is informational, its content belongs to Braxsys, and using it doesn't create a client relationship. The details follow.

// 01 · THE AGREEMENT

By using braxsys.ca you agree to these terms. The site is operated by Braxsys from Ontario, Canada. If you don't agree with something here, the remedy is simple: don't use the site — or write to james@braxsys.ca and tell us what's wrong with it.

// 02 · CONTENT & NO ADVICE

Everything on this site is provided for general information about our work and services. It is not professional advice for your situation, and case studies describe specific past projects — they are not a promise of identical results. Submitting the contact form or booking a call starts a conversation, not a client engagement; engagements exist only under a signed agreement.

// 03 · INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The design, text, graphics, and code of this site belong to Braxsys or are used with permission. You may link to the site and quote from it with attribution; you may not republish substantial parts of it or use the Braxsys name and marks to imply endorsement.

// 04 · THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Some features link to or embed third-party services — for example the Cal.com booking calendar, which loads only when you choose to load it. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, which we don't control. How this site itself handles your information is described in the Privacy Policy.

// 05 · WARRANTY & LIABILITY

The site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate, available, and secure, but we don't warrant that it always will be. To the extent permitted by law, Braxsys is not liable for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
